Do you have parking available?

Yes, we're located on the 1st floor of R3 Zen building. Right above Guilt Trip and beside D-Mart. There's tons of lot parking available.

What age is the Jungle Bay Play Area suitable for?

The Jungle Bay Play Area is suitable for ages 0 to 11 inclusive.

Am I allowed to take photos or videos?

We understand how people like to capture special moments so we do allow you to use your equipment, however, you may only take photo’s or video’s of your own children.

Why can’t my teenagers play?

All of our play facilities aren’t designed for older children and second, as children grow in size they pose an increased risk to toddlers and small children.

Are socks required? What should my child wear to use the play equipment?

Yes, socks are required for both parents and children. Socks are compulsory to maintain our high levels of hygiene and protect children’s feet. If you’ve forgotten your socks you are welcome to purchase some from reception.

Shoes are not permitted while playing in the play area.

I don’t have any cash. Can I pay by card?

Yes you can. There is no minimum charge for now

Can we bring food and drink with us?

Food and drink, as is the case with all cafes/restaurants, cannot be brought into the centre (with the exception of birthday cake, baby milk and baby food). We don’t allow outside food/drink at Jungle Bay. There are signs at Reception, on the Entry gate and in the Play Centre stating that outside food/drinks are not allowed. If you decide to openly disregard this rule we will ask you to put you picnic back into you car or remove it from our table.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes, if you speak to a member of staff we can cater for your needs.

Do you have an area to change diapers?

Yes, we do. It is right beside the restroom area.

Do you have staff to look after my child?

Yes, but your children’s safety and behaviour remains the responsibility of the accompanying parent or guardian at all times. Our staff are present to ensure that the equipment is used correctly at all times.

Can adults use the play facilities?

Although it may look great fun for you too, adults aren’t allowed to play.

Do you have a menu we could use to order food/drink?

Yes we do. We have a service menu from Guilt Trip. You can place order for anything you would like from this menu while you are here.

Can food or drink be taken into the play area?

No food, drink, or chewing gum is allowed in the play area.

Do you require a deposit to hold my party date?

Yes, we require 50% deposit to reserve your party date and time. The balance is due on the day of event. Once your party has began, our staff will wristband children and give you the total balance due.

What about abuse?

We take abuse very seriously. We will not tolerate any form of verbal, physical or psychological abuse. Abusers will be removed, banned from Jungle Bay and may be reported to the Police.
